2. Scroll down to the "Become a Vendor" link on the left hand side navigation.
3. Click on that link and scroll down to the bottom of the page where there are TWO links for downloading documents.
4. BOTH of these documents are MANDATORY for participation. Download them both and print. If for any reason you are unable to download or print these items, they are available for pick up at Just Bead It in North Beach Haven.
5. Read both documents thoroughly. They must be completed to the best of your ability.
6. IF YOU ARE A FOOD OR BEVERAGE VENDOR: You MUST provide proof of insurance. Details on this are included in the Vendor/Participant Contract and Terms of Agreement. Provide the required certificate of insurance including the date, time, and location of LBIfest (June 11, 2011; 8am-6pm, Long Beach Township Municipal Complex, 6805 Long Beach Township, NJ 08008). This information goes in the box at the bottom of the form. Proof of insurance must be sent to justbeadit@comcast.net and karla@justbeadit.net. Please contact your insurance provider and set this up PRIOR to handing in your participant documents so that all information will be present by the time you are handing in the downloaded documents and presenting them to Stacey or Karla at Just Bead It.
7. The price of participation varies based on the type of table you are hosting. This is also explained in the Vendor/Participant Contract and Terms of Agreement. If you are unsure of the cost of your table, please be prepared with a blank check or sufficient cash amount at the time you are coming to hand in all participant documents. Otherwise, please come with a check made out to the LBI BUSINESS ALLIANCE or a cash payment.
8. Once all documents are filled out to the best of your ability and you have arranged for your insurance documents to be sent (if necessary) please go to Just Bead It in North Beach Haven (1305 Long Beach Blvd., phone: 609-492-2323) and submit all forms and payment (made out to the LBI BUSINESS ALLIANCE) to Stacey or Karla.
9. It is at that time that you will be able to choose your table space within the festival. IF you CANNOT be present at the time and must mail your documents, you are leaving the selection of your location within the festival up to the best judgement of Stacey and Karla. They will do their best to business-mindedly select your placement in a fair and unbiased manner.
10. Again, the following documents and items need to be presented at the time of your registration in order to guarantee your registration is valid and guaranteed:
- Hold Harmless Agreement
- Vendor/Participant Contract and Terms of Agreement
- Proof of Insurance (IF A FOOD/BEVERAGE VENDOR ONLY)
- Check or cash payment for table(s) being reserved
If any of these items are not present at the time of registration, your registration will not be complete and your table not reserved until all items have been submitted.
